He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebecca Bradley Niolon and Joe Niolon; his parents-in-law, Sim and Sarah Manning; and his sister Bette Niolon Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Manning Niolon; his children, Leigh Niolon, Trey Niolon (Phyllis) and Simeon Niolon (Rachel Kachur); and his granddaughters, Lily, Grace, Emmeline and Lucy.
