It is with sadness that the passing of Kathryn Adelia Spratlin of Athens, Georgia is shared. Kathryn, born on October 29, 1930, passed away on June 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Kathryn will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay Cofer and Lou Ellen Brown Cofer; and her husband John Charles Spratlin. She is survived by: her daughter Kay Spratlin Elder (Charles F. Elder IV); and her grandchildren, Charles F. Elder V, Mary Katherine Elder and John Collin Elder. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Athens First United Methodist Church Weekday Preschool or the Masonic Children's Home in honor of Mrs. Spratlin's memory.
