He was predeceased by: his parent Shawano. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Lacroix; his children, Thomas Ainsworth (Paula Davidson) of Burke, VA, Leslie Dakik (Ali Dakik) of Beirut and Scott Ainsworth (Susan Nees) of Athens, GA; his siblings, Phyllis Ward, Crystal Sandmire, Peetie Buchner, John Ainsworth, Pat McGuire (Tim), Gordon Ainsworth (Margie), Vernon Ainsworth (Betty) and Peggy Bastar (John); and his in-laws, Dan Ward, Herb Sandmire, Bob Buchner and Margie Ainsworth. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
