He was predeceased by: his son Bennett Paul Williams (Ouida Harmon Williams). He is survived by: his wife Ouida Harmon; his daughter Keating McCarthy; his son-in-law David McCarthy; his grandson Kylar McCarthy; and his siblings, Stan, Tom, Tim Williams, Kathy Doner, Shelly Woodyard and Jill Ramsaur. He is also survived by his family, friends.
