It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Krista McNeill of Athens, Georgia, born in Camilla, Georgia, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, E. J. "Smokey" Vann and Hilda Hancock Vann; and her sister Peggy Vann Harden. She is survived by: her husband Jack Reddick McNeill; her brother Jud Vann; her children, Jud Shiver, Brooke Woods, Bubba McNeill and Vann McNeill; and her grandchildren, Will Shiver, Olivia Shiver, Julia Shiver, Maggie Shiver, Hannah Woods, Parker Woods, Abby Woods, Garrett Woods, Lilly McNeill, Kate McNeill, Ravi McNeill and Seema McNeill. She is also survived by her four children and 12 grandchildren.
