In the vast expanse of eternity, Lavonte shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lavonte farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Tutt (Henry) and Sylvester Upshaw, Sr.; and his siblings, Cassandra Scott (Darnell), Yolanda Tutt, Asia Barnett, Giana Upshaw, Sylvester Upshaw, Jr., Omar Upshaw, Devonte Upshaw (Sakeidra) and Simmie Upshaw. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
