She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph McCormack and Agnes Pava McCormack. She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Parks; her children, Cheryl Ann Hayes (Danny), Michael Lee McGuire, Jr. (Denitia) and Kimberly Pulliam of Athens, GA; her grandchildren, Michael R. Hayes, Mark Hayes, Mitchell Hayes, Michael A. McGuire, Talya McGuire, Myla Pulliam and Avery Pulliam; her great grandchildren, Oakley Hayes and Joleigha McGuire; and her brothers, Eddie (JoAnn McCormack) and Bill (Claudia McCormack). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
