She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Watson Lewis and Sallie Dooley Lewis; her former husband Frank DeFoor; her husband Clyde Lambert, Sr.; her son Mike DeFoor; and her siblings, Dot Mauldin, Tom Lewis and Larry Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Stacy DeFoor (Krista); and her grandchildren, Megan Haygood (Andy), Caleb DeFoor (Nicole), Austin DeFoor, Hunter DeFoor, Micah DeFoor, Maddie Sailors (Austin), Franklin DeFoor, Miley DeFoor and Carson DeFoor. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
