He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Steinborn and Evelyn Kaback Steinborn Brown; his son Bryan Allen Steinborn; his daughter-in-law Shelby Squire Steinborn; and his brother David Mordecai Steinborn.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ray Steinborn; his daughters, Sonja Steinborn Rosenberg (Jeff) and Eva Leigh Steinborn; his siblings, Jerry Steinborn (Marilyn), Maxine Szmulewitz (Armend) and Mark Steinborn; his sisters-in-law, Vivian Steinborn, Jennifer Ray and Rebecca Taber (Freeman); and his grandson Grant Steinborn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
