We announce the death of Micheal R. Boyd of Athens, Georgia, who passed away on May 21, 2026, at the age of 72. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Boyd and Mary Williams; his siblings, Ken, Bob, Diane, Jane, Pat, Frank, Cindy and Gregg; his wife Deborah Cunnyngham; his children, Farra, Delinah, Keisha and Christian; his children-in-law, Alyssa, Jeremy and Drew; his grandchildren, Vayda, Bella, Cash, Reza, Ansley, Beckham, Chloe, Anouk and Annabelle; and his son-in-law Joe.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mike's memory to Wounded Warrior Project.
