He is survived by: his wife Diane Self Burger; his children, Tracy Smith (Barry) and Richey Burger (Tonya); his brothers, Alton "Pete" Burger and Danny Burger; his granddaughters, Cassidy Walshe (Nick) and Madison Stratton (Judd); his nephews, Hunter and Will Bernard; and his siblings-in-law, Sam and Melinda Bernard. He is also survived by three great grandsons.
