He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thomas Mayer, Sr. and Lucy Larue Walters. He is survived by: his wife Gabriele (Gabi); his children, Christopher Mayer (Gretchen) and Stefany Roberts (Rob); his grandsons, Jake, Elliot and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Xander and Tucker.
