He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lafferty and Opal Lafferty; and his siblings, Jim Lafferty, Sharon Lafferty, Doris Richards and Vila Cooper.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Veal (Ernie) of Bishop, GA and Chrissy Kirby of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren, Berkeley, Caulder Veal, Colson and Kinley Kirby; his brother Keith Lafferty of Inman, KS.; and his pet Oliver.
