He is survived by: his wife Melba Jean Nazworth (Campbell); his sons, David Alan Nazworth (Katrina) and Michael Andrew Nazworth (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Brandon Tyler Nazworth, Amanda Kristina Nazworth, Olivia Layton and Parker Cheek.
