He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Staton and Rocker Theodore Staton Jr. of Atlanta. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Staton; his sons, Rocker Theodore Staton IV (Alicia) and Judson Staton (Meredith); and his grandchildren, Jackson Rocker and Millie Grace.
