He was predeceased by: his parents, James Givens and Virginia Steinbergen Givens. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Givens (Ryan); and his children, Ricky Young, Jay Givens and Angela Burkhalter. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
