She is survived by: her mother Minnie Williams; her children, Tommy Barnett, Camisha Barnett (Rodney David), John Barnett (Ayisha) and Natalie Barnett; her siblings, Calvin Williams, Annie Bolton (Ronald), Barbara Daniels, Walter Williams, Mamie Skrine, Dorothy Coakley (Eddie), Emma Aletaki, Walter Johnson Jr., Michael Johnson, Tony Johnson and Joyce Johnson; and her grandchildren, Christy Barnett, Christopher Barnett, Mulan Barnett, Tobias Appling and Makiah Willingham. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jackson-McWhorter Funeral Home (1253 W Broad St, Athens, GA 30606). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
