He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Booker (Senior) and Shirley Henderson Booker (GA); and his brother Joseph S. Booker (SC). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Liddell Booker; his brother Charles M. Booker II; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Booker (FL), Peggy Booker (SC) and Nancy Liddell Simpson (GA). He is also survived by three nephews and three nieces.
