He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Havens "Stub" Rouse and Velma Elizabeth Chilson-Rouse. He is survived by : his wife Rose Marie Cerroni Rouse; his children, Gregory S. Williams, Doloros A. McQuade (Theodore), William E. Rouse, Jr. (Jackie Sayan) and Jamie L. Davis (Kelsey); his sisters, Doloros "Dee" Rouse, Linda Ackley (Bill) and Brenda Dunlap (Bill); and his grandchildren, Scott Williams, Joshua Williams, Derek Williams, Theodore McQuade, Gregory McQuade, Kristopher Rouse (Christina), Kody Rouse (Kristen), Taylor Raum (Mac), Zachary Davis (Brooklyn) and Colin Davis (Lindsey).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Lord and Stephens. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
