He was predeceased by: his brother Chase O'Bannon. He is survived by: his parents, David L. O'Bannon and Caroline Bucky-Beaver; and his grandfather Lance Bucky.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations made to the LDS Philanthropies Humanitarian Fund, the Athens Area Humane Society, or the Chattooga River Conservancy as these were all very meaningful entities to William.
