He is survived by: his daughters, Antonia "Tonya" Bahena (Jose) and Alicia Velo; and his grandchildren, Christian Velo, Mario Jr. Sanchez, Yasmine Reyes, Xavier Sanchez, Isaiah Sanchez, Marcus Bahena, Lucas Bahena, Nicholas Bahena, Jayden Sanchez and Soraya Sanchez.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the H. M. Patterson & Son-Oglethorpe Hill Chapel (4550 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30319).
