He is survived by: his mother Thea; his wife Katrina; his brothers, Adam, Clark and Brad; his parents-in-law, Benjamin and Charlotte; his siblings-in-law, Charles, Christopher, Kate and Jehae; and his nieces and nephews, Audrey, Evelyn, Jordan and Abraham.
