She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Ann Whitaker and William Windfield (Deborah); her aunt Susie Kelly; and her uncles, Eddie Potter and James Potter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herschel Thornton Mortuary (3346 M. L. K. Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30331). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Enon Baptist Church (3550 Enon Rd, College Park, GA 30349).
