She is survived by: her niece Arnette Reedy; her great-niece Julie Blum; her nephew Arnold Pierce Reynolds III; her great-nephews, Grant Reynolds (Meagan) and Cameron Reynolds (Jessica); her niece Sally Fessler (Dave); and her cousins, Linda Perdue Davis (Richard), Rosemary Perdue Broadway, Susan Perdue Codding (Chuck), Joan Perdue Kirkland, Allyn Perdue, Angie Perdue Streyer, Gail Perdue Davis (Ricky), Cindy Perdue Cox (Randy), Gardner Perdue (Tina), Cheryl Perdue Freeman, Joyce Salmond (Burwell), Beth Salmond Manners (George), William Salmond (Jeanne) and John Burton Upchurch.
Blanche was an active member of her Church until COVID made it not practical for her to attend.
