We announce the death of Bobbie Paul Porter (Atlanta, Georgia), born in Morgan, Georgia, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 92. Bobbie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Val Jean Porter. She is survived by: her children, Michael Porter, David Porter (Cheryl), Steven Porter and Page Porter. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (1211 Jimmy Daniel Rd, Watkinsville, GA 30677). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Arlington Memorial Park (201 Mount Vernon Hwy, Atlanta, GA 30328).
