He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lowe and Willa Camilla Lowe (Burton); his grandmother Melinda Lowe; his brother Floyd Willis Lowe; and his second-wife Juanita Jones.
He is survived by: his aunt Mary Jane Shepherd; his sister Camilla L. Lowe; his former wife Claudette E. Parm; his daughters, Lynda, Burdette and Susan Lowe; his grandson Keynan Jackson (Shara); his great grandchildren, Titan and Reign; his grandson Ashley Hearns-Garland; his goddaughter Jamilla Bowman-Williams; his stepdaughters, Veronica Jones and Rana Walls (David II); and his stepgrandchildren, Alana Richardson (Jaylen), David Walls III, RaShawn, Ryan, Rayana and Raelyn Walls. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close family and friends.
