With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carole Williams (Atlanta, Georgia), born in Humboldt, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burney Zarecor and Nell Zarecor. She is survived by: her sisters, Martha Vernon of Greenville, SC and Linda Drone of Atlanta, GA; her nephews, Eric Drone (Britta), Brent Drone (Patrick), Chris Vernon (Cynthia) and Pat Vernon (Andrea); her great-nieces, Amelia Vernon, Lucia Vernon and Beatrice Vernon; and her great-nephew Campbell Vernon.
