Catherine Mask Renaud Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2025, at the age of 83, Catherine Mask Renaud (Atlanta, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Catherine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Catherine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Catherine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Kerlin Mask and Thomas Edgar Mask; her son David Marshall Sligh; and her granddaughter Samantha May McBride. She is also survived by her loving husband, daughter, sister, brother, grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
Donations may be made to Fresh Start 4 Freedom, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending human trafficking—a mission Catherine deeply believed in.
