He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moran, Sr. and Rachel Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Stephenson Moran; his son Sean Moran; his grandsons, Aden Moran and Collin Moran; his stepdaughter Angie Messner; his granddaughters, Savanna Messner and Avery Grace Messner; and his sisters, Rachel Williams (Toni) of Dacula, GA and Mollie Carow of Athens, GA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the As Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a local youth sports organization in his honor.
