He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Weaver and Martha W. Weaver; and his sister Tamara Blattner. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his daughter Carolyn Weaver Fernando (Nishan Fernando); and his grandchildren, Matthew of Atlanta, Lauren of Atlanta and Christian Fernando of Atlanta.
