She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pinckney, Sr. and Birdie Pinckney; her husband Yeadon D. McCleary, Sr.; her daughter Jacquelyn G. Parks; her grandson Yeadon D. McCleary, III; and her siblings, Alfred, Alice, Clarence Jr., Edward, Minnie Rosa and Roland.
She is survived by: her son Yeadon D. McCleary Jr. (Maysel); her grandchildren, Torrey Flournoy, Dr. Sheena Reynolds (Anton), Dr. Melissa Shelton (Da'Shawn) and Dr. Misha McCleary; her great grandchildren, Lauren Flournoy, Knahledge, Khamari and Honour Reynolds; and her great great grandchild Lukas Flournoy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
