She was predeceased by: her mother Cyrena Nelson Neeley; and her stepfather Clair W. "Pete" Neeley. She is survived by: her son Clay Thrasher; and her granddaughters, Kate and Mackenzie Thrasher.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cove Presbyterian Church (3404 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062).
