It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Ashby Baum of Atlanta, Georgia, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Baum (Edwards) and E. Ashby Baum; his wife Chris Mathis; his children, Gentry Kozub (Matt), Ashby and Christian; his grandchildren, Thomas and Patrick Kozub; his brother Steve (Kay); his nephew Carter; and his niece Berkley.

Due to COVID restrictions, a small family service will be held in January.
