Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley Bishop and Mildred Stephenson of Athens. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his son George; and his grandchildren, William (Liz) and Caroline (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to St. Patrick's Episcopal Church or to The Salvation Army of Atlanta, if desired.
