He was predeceased by: his parents, Anita Levine and Sol Levine. He is survived by: his wife Eve; his children, Mandy, Alison, Scott and Eric; his grandchildren, Sophie and Max Brackenhammer; and his siblings, Rose Ross and Ralph Levine.
