He is survived by: his sister Erma J. Thompson of Las Vegas; his daughters, Dana Q. Washington (John) and Sandra Quash (Vincent); his grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Shaka), Devon Quash (Marquita), Gordon Scott Washington, Lauren Nicole Quash (Will), Keenan Quash and Kalan Quash; his close friends, James, Dorothy Palmer, Richard and Cathryn English; and his niece Jeannie (Rick). He is also survived by many nephews, relatives and friends.
