He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Blackman and Carmelita Blackman; and his father-in-law Dr. David Hein. He is survived by: his wife Merideth Northcutt; his son Drew; his daughter-in-law Kathy Northcutt; his grandsons, Hudson and Crosby Northcutt; his siblings, Dave, Tom Blackman and Mary Ann Wallace; his mother-in-law Virginia; his sister Sally; and his brother-in-law Steven Langer.
