He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth MacKinnon and James Harold Keeley; his brothers, Paul Keeley and Philip Keeley; his wife Ann; his children, Norah, Mary (Drew) and Joseph; his granddaughters, Laura and Sarah Plisco; and his sons, Colin Owings and Phillip Keeley.
