He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Blanton McGinty and Griffin McGinty; and his sister Ann McGinty Mayton. He is survived by: his daughters, Lara McGinty Hall (Chris) and Sara McGinty Lerner (Mark); his significant other Mary Janet Harden; and his grandchildren, Matthew Wilk Hall, Charles Lanford Hall and Caroline Louise Lerner.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kellett Chapel at Peachtree Presbyterian Church (3434 Roswell Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30305).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Girls on the Run, an organization that reflects his love of running and his belief in the power of encouraging others.
