She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Jordan Davis and Mary Emma Wright Davis; and her husband Paul Lawrence Bowles. She is survived by: her daughters, Adriene Bowles (Robert Tyler Kaufman) and Anita Bowles; her brothers, Dr. Abraham Davis and Walter S. Wright Davis; her sister-in-law Marian Davis; and her nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Harris, Marian Davis, Lynetta Chisolm, Natasha Feaster, Hillis Dwight Davis, Jr., Patrick Harris, Martin Harris and Thomas Harris. She is also survived by extended family and loving friends.
