He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jordan (Michael) and Chris (Allie); his stepsons, Jason and Mark; his granddaughter Scottie Mae; his mother Barbara; and his siblings, Kevin (Cindy), David (Lisa), Steve and Susan (Rob). He is also survived by nieces/nephews.
