He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie and Archie; and his brother Don Sullenberger. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Kate, Douglas, Dylan and Jackson; his grandson Townes; his brothers, Jack (Lindy Sullenberger) and Tommy (Joann Simmons); his siblings-in-law, Karen Sullenberger, Karen Egan and John Egan; and his mother-in-law Eleanor Egan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
