george chief rice wrote a sympathy message

“Dr. Jackson was a phenomenal, passionate, comical professor. I still know little known facts from his ANIMAL BEHAVIOR CLASS. It was undoubtedly one of my favorite classes during my matriculation at Morehouse. Dr. Jackson was literally a MAD SCIENTIST when it came to anything insect and animal-related. Thank you Dr. Jackson for sharing your gift with countless brothers over your lifespan. Well done thy good and faithful servant. George Rice, III 95'”

Munichia McCalla wrote a sympathy message

“Dr, Jackson will be greatly missed. He was such an important part of the fabric at Morehouse College. I valued the contributions made to the McNair Scholars Program as a Research mentor. I will miss the lighthearted and funny stories we shared and going to his lab to learn about cockroaches and termites. Dr. Jackson has finished his race, well done thy good and faithful servant. Munichia McCalla”
