She is survived by: her son George W. Cook; her grandchildren, Lakeshia Youngs, Sean Cook (Jaye), Octavius Youngs, Christopher Cook (Brandy) and Kerry Cade (Jan); her great grandchildren, Zakarriyan Walker, Zarek Walker, Destiny Cook, Ryhann Cook, Bailey Cook, Tashana Sessions, Keri Cade and Kristopher Cade; and her great great grandchildren, Jacari Walker, Balenci Walker, Terrence Cade and Trinity Cade. She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint John Pure Holiness Church (421 Willie N St, Carrollton, GA 30117).
