Eva Fleischer Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eva Fleischer (Atlanta, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Eva shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Eva farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Norman Fleischer; her children, Debbie Kurzweil (David) and Lynnie Wax (David); and her grandchildren, Aaron Wax, Emily and Matthew Kurzweil (Genny).

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Fleischer Institute for Diabetes and Metabolism at Einstein College of Medicine.
