She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Marion Pierson; and her grandson Brian Kay. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Kay (Benny), Elaine Gwin (Steve) and Todd Pierson (Nancy); her grandchildren, Alex Kay (Jami), Justin Gwin (Joanna), Whitney Eager (Jared), Jesse Gwin, Vivian Johnson-Pierson and Roland Johnson-Pierson; and her great grandchildren, Bryson Eager, Ethan Gwin and Emma Gwin.
