She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James Jones and Mary Marie Williams Jones; her former husband Willie Elbert Walker; and her husband Warner Lee Ward. She is survived by: her siblings, Lois Youngblood, Calvin Jones (India), Patricia Coles and Miriam Redding.
