In loving memory of Frances Tarplin of Atlanta, Georgia, who departed this world on October 12, 2025 at the age of 76. Frances leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Landers Bell and Bernice Bell; her husband Zack B. Tarplin; and her brothers, Larry Bell, Crawford Bell, Carl Bell and Curtis Bell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Tarplin-Taylor (Melvin) and Bernessa Tarplin Bronner (Keith); her grandson Eric Tarplin (Thea); her great grandchildren, Reid and Heath; and her sisters, Bernestine Harden and Marjorie Deveraux. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hunter Hill Baptist Church (166 Edwards St NW, Atlanta, GA 30314). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
