He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lee Bartholomew, Jr. and Ruth Rogers Bartholomew; and his grandparents, Francis Lee Bartholomew, Sr. and Alice Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Judith Steedly Bartholomew; his sons, David Lee Bartholomew and Daniel Steedly Bartholomew; his daughter-in-law Jacqueline Marie Bartholomew; his sister Margaret Manley; his brother-in-law Milton Manely; his sibling's children, Jeff Manley and Jennifer Manley; his great-niece Ashely Hook; and his great-nephews, James Hook and Brandon Manley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Frank's memory to The Church of the Apostles.
