We are sad to announce that, on February 14, 2025, Fred Mitchell (Atlanta, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Fred shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Fred farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his sons, Allen Mitchell (Amy Mitchell) and Nathan Mitchell (Joseph Sasser); his granddaughter Audrey Mitchell; his mother Thelma Johnson Mitchell; and his sister April Mitchell Edmonds Mourning. He is also survived by two brothers in law, nephews, cousins and friends.
